Administrative

Office Volunteer:

___Every Monday, 11-12 (staff meeting)

___As needed during secretary’s vacation

Finance Committee: Meets approx. once a quarter, various dates, 6:30 PM

___Serve on committee ___Help with stewardship campaign

Trustees: Meets every month, first Mondays, 7:00PM

___Serve on committee ___Lawn Care, be part of a rotation team

___Permanent Endowment Fund Com., oversees memorial monies and planned giving

____Staff-Parish Relations: Oversees personnel/policies, meets approx. monthly, second Monday, 7:00 PM

Lay Leadership Com: Meets as needed August - September to recruit leaders

___Lay member of Annual Conference: represent St. Andrew and attend meeting first week of June, Thurs-Sunday at West Virginia Wesleyan College.

___Lay member of District Conference: represent St. Andrew and attend District Conference, generally in May on a Sunday afternoon, approx 2 hours.
