Jean Hardman - S.N.A.P. Teacher/Leader
Jean has served as the S.N.A.P. Teacher since September 2016.  A St. Albans native, Jean has enjoyed a career working with individuals with disabilities.  After spending 22 years in Columbus, Ohio, Jean returned home in 2000.  Most recently she retired from Kanawha County Board of Education as a Autism Specialist.  Jean holds a B.A. degree from West Virginia State University and a M.A. from Marshall University.  Jean resides in St. Albans with her husband.  She brings a broad knowledge to be able to lead our program along with her energy and love for the program participants. 
 
 
 
Ashley Coldwell- S.N.A.P. Aide
Ashley has served as the S.N.A.P. Aide since September 2016.  She is a native of St. Albans and is a graduate of St. Albans High School and Ben Franklin Career and Technical Center where she received a certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care.  She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and other family.  Ashley's love for the children is exhibited in her daily interaction with the group participants.
