Youth Ministries

St. Andrew offers several youth programs. These programs like others at St. Andrew follow the guidelines for Safe Sanctuaries.  The Safe Sanctuaries policy reflects St. Andrew's commitment to provide a safe and secure environment for all children, youth and vulnerable adults, as well as the volunteers and staff who participate in ministries and activities sponsored by the church.

A new youth ministry has begun for all youth in grades 6 - 12, meeting in Room 308 on Sunday mornings from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. Leadership is provided by Melanie Ogu, Tom Tull and Emily Bowles.

Encounter provides opportunities to encounter God, each other and our neighbors in new and refreshing ways through Bible study, service projects, prayer, music, games, etc. For further info contact Melanie Ogu through the church office.

Additional Programs/Opportunities include:
Acolytes participate in the service by lighting the candles and assisting the pastors in communion
Confirmation Classes are held to prepare youth in Gr. 6 and up for membership into the church
All Church Mission Trip for adults mentoring youth, age 14 and up
